Grey Phobia is a Hack and Slash, first-person shooter video game, that take place in a world after an enormous natural disaster. When this massive calamity occurs, nothing will remain the same, including humanity. In order to survive, people have begun building massive underground facilities. However, when the Earth's protective shield fails, the remaining humans are forced to flee into the city-state of Pandora. There, they take refuge in a huge underground city, where they begin to build their own civilization while struggling against the evil organisation, Grey Goo.
This hack and slash video game involves the players taking on the role of a man called Mac, who has been sent by his superiors to Pandora to investigate and find out why there is a giant hole in the ground in the middle of the town. Once Mac arrives there, he meets up with a woman named Lyra, who is part of a secret organisation called the Order of the Stone, dedicated to researching and protecting the universe. Together, they discover that the reason for the hole in the ground is Grey Phobia, a virus that attacks the humans who are exposed to it.
Grey Phobia features a strong storyline, and an interesting story line about Mac and Lyra. Although some parts are predictable, the developers of the game do a great job of making the storyline compelling, as well as making the characters believable and relatable. The characters are well developed and have interesting back stories; this adds to the overall experience.
